How prices were stored
- Exact dollars when the site showed them (CastleRock, Brohn, DRB, inventory).
- DR Horton floor plans are advertised as bands ("Starting in the $271s"). Stored as
$X990for sorting (e.g. $271s → $270,990 community from-price; plan Anderson $271s → $270,990 because community "From $270,990" is the Anderson). Other DRH plans use$band990(Abbot $291s → $291,990). - Brohn 1665 Casetta card listed 1,662 sqft; name stays 1665.
- Brohn 1830 Casetta card listed 1,828 sqft.
- 2051 Casetta QMI at 180 Lennox is listed 4 bed / 2.5 bath while the base plan card is 3 bed / 2 bath — inventory uses the QMI card, plan uses the base card.
Not in this scrape
- Full DRB QMI address list (overview had QMI buttons; home-plans page is the 25-plan lineup).
- HOA dollars, tax rates, lot premiums, elevation pricing.
- Feature-by-feature matrix (granite vs quartz, fence, sod, etc.) beyond marketing copy.
