DR Horton floor plans are advertised as bands ("Starting in the $271s"). Stored as $X990 for sorting (e.g. $271s → $270,990 community from-price; plan Anderson $271s → $270,990 because community "From $270,990" is the Anderson). Other DRH plans use $band990 (Abbot $291s → $291,990).
Brohn 1665 Casetta card listed 1,662 sqft; name stays 1665.
Brohn 1830 Casetta card listed 1,828 sqft.
2051 Casetta QMI at 180 Lennox is listed 4 bed / 2.5 bath while the base plan card is 3 bed / 2 bath — inventory uses the QMI card, plan uses the base card.
